Browse the weekly menu
Every Monday we release a fresh rotating menu on the site and Instagram — 6–8 dishes hand-picked for balance, protein and flavour.

Place your order
Order online through our enquiry form or drop us a message. Ordering closes Sunday at 8pm for the following week.

We cook everything fresh
Monday and Tuesday we're in the kitchen — butcher-sourced meat, fresh produce, cooked from scratch and packed the same day.

Collect or get it delivered
Local collection from our Northamptonshire kitchen, or door-to-door delivery across the surrounding areas.

Reheat & fuel your week
Meals stay fresh for 4–5 days in the fridge. Ready in minutes — proper food, whenever you need it.

Common questions

When does ordering close?: Sunday at 8pm for the following week's cook.
Where do you deliver?: Across Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. Message us for exact coverage.
How long do meals last?: 4–5 days in the fridge from delivery. Most meals freeze well too.
Can I request specific macros?: Yes — get in touch and we'll work with you on custom orders and bulk plans.
